Hi, I'm Jim Berube, president of BSNH and I thank you for "choosing" Basement Systems of New Hampshire Inc. where we take basement waterproofing to the next level.

"Thank you for calling Basement Systems of New Hampshire," is how we answer our phones because it reflects the respect and appreciation we have for you, our past, present and future customers. We are grateful for your business and work hard to give you a professional experience and high quality craftsmanship that you deserve.

Taking your basement waterproofing to the next level starts with our welcoming office staff. They will help set up a date and time that is convenient for you to meet with one of our certified "Design Specialists". They will arrive on time to inspect your basement or crawl space and provide you with a detailed written estimate at no cost to you. Next, your installation will be scheduled and installed in a timely fashion. For emergency situations, our service department is ready 24/7 to support you from the date we complete your installation!

This level of commitment to quality and dedication to our customers is what has enabled us to become the leading, certified installers of Basement Systems' patented waterproofing design process in Northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. We take pride in our work and it shows in everything we do.

I personally have been in this business for the past 11 years. I started as a laborer, worked my way up to crew chief and now own my own Basement Systems company. I have learned, first hand, how to do quality work at a fair price. And as the owner, I can personally guarantee you that the level of service you receive from my employees will be professional, courteous and of the highest quality.
